5. Data retention

• Account, profile, preference, and product usage data is retained while the user account remains active and for up to 90 days after account deletion or a deletion request.
• Support requests and related contact details are retained for up to 3 years after the last communication, unless deletion is requested earlier and no legal exception applies.
• Analytics and diagnostic data is retained for up to 24 months. Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies a user may be retained indefinitely.
• Backup copies are deleted or overwritten within 90 days after the related data is deleted from active systems.
• Payment, tax, accounting, security, dispute, or legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or necessary to protect our rights.

6. Data deletion

Users can request deletion of their HackHealth account and associated personal data by contacting us at the5051company@gmail.com. Please include the email address linked to the account and use the subject line "Data deletion request".

We will verify the request and delete or anonymize personal data from active systems within 30 days, unless we must retain limited information for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law. Backup copies are deleted or overwritten within 90 days.
